Achiever Updates
The Achiever is recognized as one of the most accurate and effective job-fit assessments available. To maintain its leading edge status, CRI has implemented new features to enhance the effectiveness of The Achiever when developing new hires and existing employees.
For several years, The Achiever report has contained Personal Development Suggestions designed to help employees improve job performance by focusing on areas in which further development would be beneficial. However, many users requested a template that could be used by a manager to create an action plan that would help focus the employee on specific areas of job performance and the steps to take to improve performance in those areas. The Achiever and Sales Achiever now contain such a template.
The Achiever is a unique test in that it combines mental and personality measurement in one instrument. It also has a scoring system that provides scores on a scale that can be related to the Normal Distribution and that easily relates scores to the job requirements by means of a benchmark of successful performers.
The Achiever is available in a general version for use in assessing candidates and employees in professional, management and administrative positions. The Sales Achiever is the same assessment as the general Achiever, but includes a report that is specifically tailored for sales positions.
